- Hack 1: Flip your reeds. A lot.
This is the most important step. In a normal room, you flip weekly. In a humid bathroom, flip them every 2-3 days. This forces the oil-saturated end back up and keeps the scent flowing.
- Hack 2: Use fewer reeds.
This is the hack most people miss. Don’t use all 8 or 10 reeds at once. Start with 5 or 6. Fewer reeds mean a slightly more subtle scent, but they will absorb all that moisture much more slowly, preventing clogs.
